- Foreign nationals entering Vietnam
- Overseas Vietnamese holding a valid visa
Exemption:
Vietnamese passport holders and transit passengers are not required to complete this declaration.

- Complete your personal information declaration before arrival
- After submission, you will receive a QR code
- Present this QR code to immigration officers upon arrival
