Serving More Travelers, Creating More Ways to Explore

Our inbound business continued to grow as we developed a wider range of Vietnam and Indochina travel services.

We began serving travelers from an increasingly diverse range of international markets, while expanding our network of local partners, guides, hotels, and destination specialists.

This period marked an important step in our evolution from a small inbound travel team into a more established Vietnam and Indochina tour operator capable of handling increasingly diverse and customized journeys.

2014–2017 — Leadership Transition & Building a Stronger Local Operation

From Tour Arrangements to Tailor-Made Travel

Between 2014 and 2017, we strengthened our internal operations and expanded our team and local supplier network.

In 2015, the position of CEO was transferred to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, who began leading the company’s operations and continued to strengthen its development. Under new leadership, we continued developing a more systematic approach to travel planning and service delivery, while expanding our portfolio of tailor-made journeys, premium experiences, and shore excursions.

Our focus became increasingly clear: combining the knowledge of a local operator with the flexibility to design journeys around the individual traveler.

2018–2020 — Reaching New Markets

Growing Our International Inbound Network

As our experience and reputation grew, we continued developing partnerships with international travel markets and expanding our ability to serve travelers from different parts of the world.

In 2019, we acquired Viet Dan Travel, a DMC with expertise in the Indian market, strengthening our capabilities and network for serving international travelers from India.

The arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought unprecedented challenges to international tourism. During this period, our team focused on maintaining our operations, strengthening internal systems, and preparing the business for the return of international travel.

2021–2023 — Rebuilding for the Next Chapter

Stronger Foundations for International Travel

As international tourism gradually returned, we rebuilt our inbound operations and strengthened the foundations developed over the previous 15 years.

We continued investing in our people, destination knowledge, supplier relationships, and operating systems — preparing our team to welcome international travelers back to Vietnam and Indochina with the same personal service and local expertise that shaped our beginnings.

2024–Present — Growing as a Local Travel Specialist

A New Chapter, Built on Experience

Today, our inbound travel business continues to grow from the foundations established more than two decades ago.

With an expanding network of local specialists and trusted partners, we design and operate private Vietnam tours, tailor-made Vietnam journeys, and customized Vietnam tour packages for travelers from around the world.

What began as a small team welcoming international visitors to Vietnam has evolved into an experienced local travel operation with the knowledge, relationships, and on-the-ground support to create journeys across Vietnam and Indochina.

Our story continues — but our original belief remains the same: the best way to experience Vietnam is through the people, places, and stories that make it truly local.
