Honestly, this was way better than I expected. We started from Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta and right away the pace felt so chill. Cruising along the narrow canals, stopping at little villages for fresh coconuts… it was just magic. The Cai Be floating market blew my mind – I’d seen photos before but being there in the middle of all the boats selling fruits, coffee, even hot noodles was unreal. Loved the biking through rice fields too. Would 100% recommend this tour if you want the real side of Vietnam.

We’ve been traveling Southeast Asia for a month and this mekong delta cruise was easily one of the top highlights. The boat was comfortable, the food was crazy fresh, and our guide was just a gem – super knowledgeable but also really fun. The floating markets, the coconut candy workshop, the little homestay on the island… everything felt authentic, not touristy. If you’re thinking about doing a mekong delta vietnam tour, this 7-day trip is the way to go.
Ethan P., Canada –
This mekong delta boat tour felt like stepping back in time. The rhythm of life here is so different – slow, peaceful, and super welcoming. We did some cycling through tiny paths, stopped to chat with locals (well, mostly hand gestures but still!), and even tried our hand at fishing. The sunsets over the river were next level. I’ve done a lot of trips, but this one just sticks with you. Big thumbs up

From Saigon to Mekong Delta, the journey was just pure joy. The boat rides, the fresh fruit straight from the orchards, the warm smiles everywhere… I honestly didn’t want it to end. The Cai Rang floating market was buzzing with life – sellers tossing pineapples across boats like it’s nothing! It’s hard to explain, but you really feel connected to the place and its people on this trip. Not just sightseeing, but actually experiencing it.

We booked this mekong delta private tour because we wanted something slower, more personal, and it totally delivered. The guide took us to spots I don’t think regular tours go – tiny temples, quiet canals, family-run farms. The homestay night was a highlight: home-cooked dinner, folk music, and sleeping with the sound of the river outside. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to see this part of Vietnam.
