What inspired you to work in travel?
What inspires me most is seeing travelers happy with the journeys we create together. There is something incredibly rewarding about helping someone discover a new destination, experience a different culture, and return home with unforgettable memories. Knowing that a well-planned trip can become one of the highlights of someone’s life is what keeps me passionate about this work.
How do you design a tailor-made journey for your travelers?
Every traveler is different, so I always begin by understanding their interests, travel style, and expectations. We discuss the pace they prefer, their budget, accommodation preferences, and travel dates. From there, I carefully select destinations and experiences that best match what they are looking for.
I also consider seasonal conditions, local experiences, and special interests before refining the itinerary based on feedback. The result is a personalized journey designed specifically for that traveler—not a one-size-fits-all package.
What's one place in Vietnam you believe every traveler should experience?
I believe there isn’t a single destination that is right for everyone. The best place to visit depends on the traveler—their interests, personality, and what they hope to discover during their journey.
For some, it may be the cultural charm of Hoi An. For others, it could be the dramatic landscapes of Northern Vietnam or the relaxed atmosphere of the Mekong Delta. My role is to help each traveler find the places that resonate most with them and create a journey that feels truly personal.
